Construction is well and truly on schedule at Evermore Supported Retirement Living. Now 7 months in, the Stage 1 structure is largely complete and the emphasis is now switching across to the services, finishes and facade programs. Everything is on target for the completion of Stage 1 in September.We've made some changes on the way, just to ensure the experience of living at Evermore is as good as it can be. The Ground Floor and Level 1 have been raised 800mm to deliver even better views for the upper floors over the roof tops and out to Lake Wallis. The Penthouse apartment enjoys views of Lake Wallis, the Oyster farms, the Forster Tuncurry Bridge and even ocean glimpses! The increased height to the lower levels gives the lower apartments an impressive feeling of space that I'm sure residents will appreciate.
The balconies for the Stage 1 apartments have been extended by a whopping 600mm to deliver greater outdoor living space and improved views to Lake Wallis.
The Master Bedroom glazing for the Ground Floor Courtyard apartments have been upgraded to include glass sliding doors - allowing residents to freely access their private courtyards.
We've been working hand in hand with our professional interior designers to add the finishing touches to the central living hubs of the complex, the lounge, bar and dining areas. We are really excited with the brilliant ideas they are implementing to ensure the experience of living at Evermore is more than you ever expected.
Throughout the course of the build, Evermore has engaged a number of local tradespeople and suppliers who have done a great job of keeping the project running smoothly, on schedule and on budget. A big thanks to all the help from the local community...Without you it wouldn't be the same.
