If you’re unsure about anything, it’s worth checking through the answers to the most common questions we receive when people are considering purchasing their new home at Evermore.

At Evermore an emphasis is placed on wellbeing, heath and vibrancy.

There may be times however, when care needs arise, either in the short or longer-term such as assistance with cleaning, meals or medication support.

Residents are welcome to use outside care service providers of their choice, but we would love to show you how you will be better served by using the in-house Evermore Care Support Services for your personal care plan.
Evermore Care staff are available onsite 24/7 and an emergency call system is located in each apartment and in each common room.

The Monthly fee is $643.31 and covers cost such as;

•Council rates
•Building insurance, public liability
•Electricity, and gas in communal areas
•Cleaning of common areas
•Grounds person
•Maintenance of airconditioning
•Window cleaning
•Pest control to common areas
•Pool heating andmaintenance
•Cars/Buses registration andmaintenance (and driver)
•Water rates – does not cover personal water usage.
•Village Manager, Receptionist& Registered Nurse
•Emergency call system in eachapartment and throughout common areas
•Rubbish removal
•Building maintenance
•Lift maintenance
•Security

All apartments have been designed with accessibility in mind, from large bathrooms that are wheelchair friendly to wide doorways and even ovens that open sideways.

Everything has been thought of to make aging at home easier.

We have apartments available now that come in a range of different designs and floor plans so why notgive us a call and make a time to come and see evermore for yourself and which style of apartment would suit you.

We offer personal tours of Evermore Monday – Friday 9am until 4pm.

There is NO STAMP DUTY applicable to purchasing your apartment at Evermore Living.
Resident Exit Entitlement
•The Exit Fee reduces the price you pay for your apartment on entry and reduces fixed weekly fees
•Exit Fee is % based on Purchase Price NOT on Sale Price
•9% per year capped at year 4
•Payable on re-sale of apartment only
Residents receive full 100% of Capital Gain

When you move into your new home at Evermore all common areas are for you and your family or guests to enjoy. They can even stay with you on a holiday of their own. All of the facilities make it feel just like a resort.

The facilities include; pool, outdoor BBQ terrace, hair salon, gymnasium, library, café, bar/lounge area, restaurant, indoor spa, billiards table room, prayer & chapel room, arts & crafts room, men’s shed and our spectacular Evergreen room that includes an indoor teppanyaki BBQ & a bar looking out over Wallis lake.
The common areas are an extension of your new home, for you to enjoy with family and friends, while all the cost of utilities, maintenance and the effort of cleaning are all covered in your fixed weekly fee, making life feel just like being on a holiday.

Yes. Basement carparking, 1 carpark per apartment and a storage bay is included into theunit price dependent upon the following;

i.If a resident does not hold a current driver’slicence, then a storage bay is provided.

ii.The carpark is available to those who hold acurrent drivers licence and own a car.

Scooter bays are also available in the basement. There are 4 elevators to service all levels of the of the village.
Two minibuses with one bus being wheelchair friendly fitted with a lifter at the back. Additionally, there are two cars available for transport.

The social club activities and agenda is run by the residents. Activities will include social activities onsite, dinner & dance nights, entertainers, local tours etc. Check out our FaceBook page to view our past events.

To secure an apartment of choice, a $1000 depositis required and holds the apartment for up to 90 days.

Title to your apartment at Evermore is a 99-year leasehold. No stamp duty is payable.

Yes. We are pet friendly and pets under 10kg are allowed by approval from management.

If you prefer to bring your existing care providers, you’re free to do so. Evermore is conveniently located next to the Forster Private Hospital with its hydro-therapy pool and adjoining health precinct to make life even easier for you. For the well-being of residents, Evermore offers nutritious meals, whether served in the restaurant with fellow residents or delivered right to your apartment door.
