Anthony Grosvenor is the Village Manager at Evermore, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Village and ensuring a seamless experience for residents, staff, and visitors. He oversees all aspects of Village operations, including maintenance and facilities, contractor coordination, resident enquiries, and the overall presentation and functionality of the community. 

Anthony is passionate about creating a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment where residents can enjoy their lifestyle with confidence and peace of mind. He believes that a thriving Village is built on strong relationships, collaboration, and attention to detail, and he works closely with his team to foster a culture of respect, support, and continuous improvement. CFO

Ali Awan joined Evermore Retirement Living in April 2023 and brings over a decade of financial leadership experience across both private and corporate sectors. As Chief Financial Officer, Ali has played a pivotal role in strengthening Evermore’s financial foundations, enhancing reporting frameworks, and supporting the strategic delivery of key developments including the Bruce Street and Solaris projects. 

Ali is responsible for overseeing all financial operations at Evermore, including budgeting and forecasting, statutory reporting, audit coordination, taxation compliance, and investment modelling. Since joining, he has implemented disciplined cost control and monitoring frameworks across multiple project stages, while maintaining strong relationships with development financiers, including St. George Bank. 

Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, Ali ensures accuracy, transparency, and consistency across all financial reporting. He works closely with the executive team to provide clear financial insight that supports informed decision-making and the long-term growth of the business. 

His responsibilities also include coordinating monthly board reporting, managing cash flow performance, administering supplier and consultant contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, tax, and trust structures, including those related to resident entry contributions and Deferred Management Fees (DMF). 

Ali’s practical leadership, strong financial discipline, and commitment to continuous improvement have been key in positioning Evermore as a financially robust and well-managed operator in the retirement living sector.
